Mighty Quinn's has some pretty tasty BBQ. They are a chain restaurant and have many locations throughout NYC. I love the lunch specials they have. For $11.95 they have some great choices including 1/4 chicken, 2 empanadas, and a pulled pork sandwich which is what I ended up getting. Each entree comes with a side. It's a very flavorful bite of the pork, especially with the BBQ sauce and the sweet potato casserole was a great side to compliment my lunch.

Love this place! The ambiance is nice, quiet, The food was MAD good and hits every time! My hubby and I got the brisket with a couple of sides and corn bread. The girl that served us was very nice but the guy at the register was not having it. Did not look up at us, didn't say hello when we greeted him, we asked him for cornbread and he just placed it on our tray. We even said thank you after he charged (cuz our mama taught us better than that) NOTHING, not a word. Super rude. I thought ok, maybe he's having a bad day or something cause you never know who's going through what but after we sat down he was laughing it up with the other tall nice dude that was there. Whatever.. long story short, the food is mad good!! Definitely try it!!! The food never disappoints!!!

Had a quick beer while waiting for a restaurant nearby. A place that I've seriously underrated for beers. They have eight beers on draft with a focus on local, craft beers. I had a Pilsner from Five Boroughs brewed for Mighty Quinn's. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Two single occupancy restrooms. That one I used was very spacious and handicap accessible.

They prepare barbecue the authentic old-school way, cooking low and slow. I like to come here for the brisket sandwich, sausage, and wings. The mexican street corn is awesome. And so is the cinnamon bun bread pudding. There's a bottle of barbecue sauce on every table. Everything's delicious.

My husband said Mighty Quinn's was on Diners, Drive-ins, & Dives & wanted to try them. We live in Atlanta & Fox Bros. there Is our typical standard for barbecue. We arrived around 7 and it was kind of empty inside. After a while, there was a steady stream of bike delivery drivers & a few guests inside. The staff were friendly & the restaurant was clean. I didn't use the restroom so I cannot speak to its cleanliness. I ordered the 3 meat sampler & chose ribs, brisket, & 1/4 white chicken for ~$21 w/o sides. I added 2 sides, burnt ends baked beans, very tasty, and the sweet potato casserole, also good, cornbread, & a ginger ale. My total was $43. The sides are big, but I was perplexed as to how the sides & a drink equaled the price of the three meat sampler. The portion size of the meats were plentiful & my husband & I could've shared a sampler w/ maybe different sides. The meat all could use a little more flavor/seasoning. I missed the smell of smoke inside, but it was slightly there in the meats, more so in the brisket than anything. The ribs were very meaty, some of the meatiest ribs I've had. They were decent; a little more seasoning would have made them better. These 2 meats were readily available and weren't as hot as the chicken, which came out shortly after I ordered. The breast meat was juicy and hot. The cornbread was good. I only wish they served it warm. I think they're worth a try. I wouldn't say it's the best barbecue I've had but it's also nowhere near the worst. I'd say they're mid-range for me. I'd rate them around a 3.5 if I could.

If you ever find yourself in the West Village. Check out Mighty Quinn's! Friendly staff. The brisket and crispy chicken is to die for. The most popular dish is the rice bowl with your choice of 2 fixings. Everything is fresh and good. A bargain and very filling. The bread pudding is totally dope! Highly recommend!
